1. How we collect
Directly from you (forms, meetings, portal), our website analytics, and—only with your consent—from third parties you designate (e.g., accountant, lawyer).

- Manage and service your investment accounts
- Satisfy legal and regulatory requirements (BC PIPA, NI 31‑103, FINTRAC, tax)
- Communicate statements, confirmations, and updates
- Improve site security and functionality
3. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers under written confidentiality (custodians, IT vendors, accountants)
- With regulators or law‑enforcement when legally required
- With your explicit direction (e.g., transferring your account)
Data may be processed in or outside Canada; foreign laws may apply.
4. Safeguards & retention
Encryption, MFA, locked files, employee training, and audits protect your data. Records are kept at least 7 years after account closure or longer if law demands, then securely destroyed or anonymized.

You may access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal information (subject to legal limits). We will respond within 30 days. Quebec residents also have rights under Bill 64.
