By visiting wealthpreservationmanagement.com or using any WPM mobile/web application (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

WPM may modify the Site, Services, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are posted on the Site and are effective immediately. Continued use equals acceptance.

You are responsible for keeping log‑ins secure, maintaining accurate information, and immediately notifying WPM of any unauthorized use. WPM may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

• break the law, infringe intellectual‑property rights, or transmit harmful code;
• harvest data, scrape, frame, deep‑link, or reverse‑engineer the Site;
• upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading material. WPM may remove content or restrict access without notice.
